Your stage, moved by the app

Each partner shop has a stage, Signed to Scaled. The app moves it from what you book, and the log says who or what moved it.

Twelve weeks you can drag

Tap a week and slide it, or pick a preset. The stage moves the way the app would move it, and the log under the tracker says what the 6 AM check would do that morning. Past week 12, the dashed line is the projection from those same weeks.

What moves a shop forward

Signed is the agreement in OmniScale, or a shop we add by hand. Onboarding is the join link on its way to you. After those two, your ads and your sales do the moving.

  • Your first week of ad spend puts you at Ads live.
  • The first verified sale moves you to First sales.
  • A week at or over the lower bar is Ramping.
  • Three weeks straight at or over the higher bar is Scaled.

The two bars

Ramping is a week at or over $2,500 in booked sales. Scaled is at or over $7,500 a week, three weeks in a row. Booked sales means booked jobs minus canceled jobs and back-end entries, and a week runs Monday to Sunday, Eastern time. The same two bars decide a step down.

The 6 AM check

At 6 AM Eastern the app runs three checks on every shop. When none apply, the shop stays where it is. When one does, the log line is one of these:

  • No booked sales for 6 full weeks: paused. The shop comes back to the stage it left the first full week it books again.
  • Under its bar 4 weeks straight while Scaled or Ramping: steps down one stage.
  • Still at Signed after 30 days with no link sent: on the review list.
Week 3 First sales: first verified sale
Week 5 Ramping: a week at or over $2,500
Week 12 Steps down to First sales: 4 weeks under $2,500

Questions about your stage

Who moves a shop between stages?

The app, from what you book and from its three morning checks. When one of us moves a shop by hand, the log says who instead of what, and the clock starts over.

What happens when a shop is paused?

It holds its place. The tracker above keeps showing the stage a paused shop would come back to, and the pause and the return both go in the log.

Can the bars change?

In Settings, by an owner or admin at Scale. The three morning rules can change there too. The simulator on this page runs the defaults, the ones written out above.

See it with your numbers
