Questions shops ask

Where your customers come from

Where does the source come from?

From the attribution fields OmniScale already keeps on the lead, and the first touch is the one that counts. The Attribution page lists every source the app can name.

What counts as a customer?

A lead whose Urable job gets paid, whoever booked it. The Attribution page has the rule in full, time limit included.

Why is Referral's cost blank?

No ad money bought a referral, so there is nothing to divide. Organic is treated the same way. The Attribution page shows what those two sources do get.

Why does it say too early?

A source with only a few customers, or a young group of them, gets that label instead of a verdict. The Attribution page shows it on a sample table.

Do I need Urable?

Not to start. Without it you see booked-only numbers, labeled as such, and the paid figures begin once you connect it. The Attribution page covers both views.

Sales

Do you sell for us?

If you want that. Sales is one pick on the join link, and when you take it our reps book into your calendar. The Sales page covers what they sell.

What do I see when a job is booked?

A new card under Sales, and the bell if you keep that switch on. The Sales page shows the card and what is on it.

Ads

Do you run my ads?

Yes, for shops that pick Ads at join, on its own or with the other programs. The Ads page shows what we run and what the Ads screen reports back.

How is return measured?

Two ways, booked sales against spend and the revenue you report against spend. The Ads page walks through both with a sample week, and the Attribution page ranks each source.

Your stage

What moves my stage?

Your ads and your sales. The first week of spend, the first verified sale, then your weekly booked total against two bars. The Pipeline page lists every trigger.

Why did my shop pause?

The morning check found six empty weeks in a row. The first full week with a booking puts you back at the stage you left. The Pipeline page has the three morning rules.

Where do the projections come from?

Arithmetic on your booked weeks, no AI. A damped trend once there are enough weeks, the cohort ramp before that. The Projections page shows the math on a sample card.

The portal

What do I see on my phone?

Four tabs, Home, Sales, Billing and Ads, plus the bell, and your sources with what each customer cost. The Partner Portal page has a sample phone you can tap through.

Do you work with Urable?

Yes, in both directions: your jobs and their payments come in, new leads go out to Urable as customers. What Urable sends and gets back is on the Integrations page.

Joining

What does the join link ask for?

Which programs you want, a card, the plan, and the attribution setup if you took it. The How it works page walks the steps.

What do I sign, and where?

One agreement, inside OmniScale. The Integrations page covers what else OmniScale does for the program.
