Signed to Attribution ready

How a shop joins and what happens next

One link, opened on a phone, then a short setup so every lead arrives with its source and every paid job counts. After that the app moves your stage on its own.

The four steps

Your stage moves to Onboarding the moment the link goes out.

  1. Sign the agreement

In OmniScale. Once it is signed, the join link follows.

  2. Open the join link

On your phone. Pick Sales, Ads, Attribution, or any mix of them.

  3. Card on file and the plan

A card goes on file and the plan is paid in the page. Apple Pay and Google Pay both work.

  4. Set attribution up

In the same page, or later. What it needs is listed below.

What attribution needs from you

From the join link, from Get set up in the portal, or by our team. Either way counts.

  • A Urable key that can read your jobs.
  • Your lead address in your OmniScale new-lead workflow, with the contact id and the source fields, or the tracking script when your forms are not OmniScale's.
  • Your Google account, and whether Google LSA bills under it.
  • A baseline to measure against: your average job value and new customers a month.

When the last one is done, your shop is tagged Attribution ready.

ConnectionsSample shop

  • OmniScale

The CRM. Your contract lives here, and each sale our team books posts from here to your portal.

  • Google AdsConnected

One click to connect. Spend only, with Google LSA listed separately.

  • UrableConnected

Paste your key once. Your jobs feed in, and new leads go in as customers.

  • Square

The invoices and their Pay now button, your card on file, and auto-pay when you turn it on.

What the first weeks look like

Leads show up as they arrive, each with its source on it. Paid jobs follow each morning, and a source gets its cost per customer once the customers it brought have paid. A source with only a few customers behind it is not judged yet.

Your stage moves on the Home screen in the same weeks. The first week of ad spend makes you Ads live, the first verified sale makes you First sales, and each move is logged with who or what made it.

Who sees what

Everyone at your shop with a login gets the same portal on their phone: your sources, what a customer cost from each, and what came back.

On our side, owners and admins at Scale set the bars and the stage rules in Settings. Owner-only money stays with the owners, every money action is logged, and 2-step with an authenticator app is there when you want it.

Before you sign

When does my stage move to Onboarding?

Either link does it, the join link or the card-on-file link, the day it is sent. The Pipeline page has every move after that.

Can I put it on my phone's home screen?

Install it there and the notifications reach your phone as well as the bell. Switch any of them off in Account, which the Partner Portal page walks through.

Scale Command is growing into the CRM for your shop.
